స్వతంత్ర భారతం - సమాజం

ఈ మద్య సోషల్ నెట్వర్క్ లలో మన యువతి, యువకులు, కొంతమంది పెద్ద మనుషులు తరుచుగా ఒక్క ప్రశ్న అడుగుతున్నారు అరవై యేండ్ల స్వతంత్రం , మన పాలకులు ఈ దేశాన్ని ఏమి అభివృద్ధి చేసేరు అని రోజు వందల మెసేజెస్ మనం చదువుతూ ఉంటాం. అప్పుడు ,అప్పుడు నాకు అనిపిస్తుంది స్వతంత్ర భారతం మనకు ఏమి ఇచింది అని!! 

ప్రపంచ దేశాలకంటే మనదేశం మేధోపరంగా ఎంతో ఉన్నతమైన దేశం అయితే తరాలు మారేకొద్దీ మనదేశం లో సామజిక రుగ్మతలు ఇతర దేశాలకంటే ఎక్కువైపోయి శాస్త్ర, సాంకేతిక విషయాలను మరుగున పరిచేరు . ముక్యంగా 11 వ శతాబ్దం లో శైవులు, విష్ణువు ల మద్య మొదలై , ఘజిని, ఘోరి లాంటి విదేశి రాజులూ మన దేశం మీద దండయాత్ర చేసి భారతీయులను అస్తిరపరిచేరు, ఆతరువాత వచ్చిన మొఘలులు , ఆంగ్లేయులు మన సంపదను, విజ్ఞానాన్ని వాళ్ళ దేశాలకు , విలాసాలకు తరలించేరు. అయితే సిపాయుల తిరుగుబాటుతో మొదలైన మన ఆత్మగౌరవ పోరాటం ఈ రోజుకు చేస్తూనే ఉన్నాం. కొంతమంది తమ ఆధిపత్యం కోసం మతాన్నిఅడ్డంపెట్టుకుని  సమాజాన్ని చీలిచివేసారు. ఇక్కడ మనం వెనకబడటానికి మొదటి అడుగు అని చెప్పుకోవాలి. ఎంతో మంది మేధావులు ఈ రుగ్మతను రూపుమాపాలని చుసిన , చట్టాలు చేసిన ఈ రుగ్మత ఇంకా భారతీయ సమాజంలో ఉంది. 21 వ శతాబ్దం లో కూడా " పరువు" పేరిట  హత్యలు మనం రోజు చూస్తూనే ఉన్నాం. ఈ సమాజం మనది అనే భావన కాకుండా , నాది అనే స్వార్దపురిత ఆలోచనలు మనలను వెనకకు నెట్టివేయబడుతుంది.

మనది ప్రపంచ దేశాలకంటే అత్యంత మెరుగైన ,స్వేచ ప్రజాస్వామ్య దేశం . కాని ఈ ప్రజాస్వామ్యం లోనే మనకోసం మనం నిర్మించుకున్న రాజ్యాంగ మౌలిక సూత్రాలను, హక్కులను మనం స్వేచగా ఉల్లంగిస్తున్నాం.

 పాలకులను  ప్రశ్నించే సమాజం లేకపోయేసరికి భందుప్రీతి, దురాశ తో స్వేచగా ప్రజా ధనాన్ని దోచుకుంటున్నారు. ఎప్పుడు అయితే వ్యక్తుల గురించి ఈ ప్రభుత్వాలు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటయో అప్పుడు మిగతా సమాజం వెనకకు నెట్టివేయ బడుతుంది. 

రత్నాలను రాసులుగా పోసి రాజ్యాలను పాలించిన అత్యంత ధనిక దేశం లో ఈ రోజు కనీసం తినటానికి పోరాటాలు చేస్తున్నారు, కొంతమంది మా భూమి, నీరు, గాలి పెట్టుబడుదారులకు దోచిపెడుతున్నారు అని తుపాకులు పట్టుకుని పోరాటాలు చేస్తున్నారు. న్యాయం కోసం తరతరులుగా న్యాస్తానాలు చుట్టూ తిరుగుతున్నారు.

"సమాజం లో ఆర్దిక అసమానతలు తొలగించకుండా ఏ దేశం అభివృద్ధి చెందలేదు" ఈ అసమానతలకు పాలకులు కారణమా! లేక మనం కూడా కారణమా !!. పాలకులు ప్రజలలో భాగస్వామ్యం , ఎప్పుడు అయితే ప్రజలు తమ భాద్యత మర్చి ప్రవర్తిస్తారో అప్పుడే సమజం వెనకబడుతుంది, సమాజం తో పాటు మనం కూడా వెనకబడతాం.

రాజ్యాంగం   మనకు కల్పించిన అత్యంత ముక్యమైన హక్కు "ఓటు హక్కు" ఎంతమంది మనలో , ఈ పాలకులను విమర్శించే వాళ్ళు తమ " ఓటు హక్కు " ను ఉపయోగించుకుంటున్నారు? ఎంతమంది తమ అవసరాలకోసం ఇతరుల హక్కులులను, ఉల్లంగించుకుండా తమ పని తాము చేసుకుంటున్నారు. ఎంతమంది అవినీతిని , భందుప్రీతికి లొంగకుండా పని చేస్తున్నారు?

ఇలా మనలను మనం ప్రస్నిచుకుంటూ పొతే 64  యేండ్ల స్వతంత్ర భారతావని అభివృద్దికి మనం ఏమి చేసేము, మనకు ఏమి ఇచింది అనేది మనకు అవగాహం అవుతుంది.

ఈ మద్య కొంత మంది వ్యక్తులు మన రాజకీయ నాయకులను, మన దేశాన్ని తిట్టడం fashion fashion అయిపొయింది. ప్రతిదానికి అమెరికాని ఉదాహరణ గా చూపించటం.., చాల మంది పెద్దమనుషుల పేరు తో అమెరికా ని నెత్తిమీద పెట్టుకుని తిరుగుతున్నారు. 

అసలకి మన దేశ సామాజక పరిస్తితి, ఆర్దిక మరియు రాజకీయ పరిస్తితి తెలుసుకోకుండా పాలకులను, రాజకీయ నాయకుల ను నిందించటం తగదు, దశాబ్దాలు ఒక వర్గాన్ని సమాజం నుండి దూరంగా ఉంచారు, వందల ఏండ్లు ఈ దేశాన్ని ఆంగ్లేయులు పాలించటం ఈ దేశ ప్రజలను భానిసలు గా  చూసారు. బహుశా ఆ భానిస మనస్తత్వం ఏమో అమెరికా , అమెరికా అని కలవరిస్తున్నారు. ఒక ప్రక్క స్వదేశి వ్యాపారాన్ని మరచి , చివరకు చిల్లర దుకాణాలను కూడా విదేశాలనుండి దిగుమతి చేసుకుంటుంటే ఈ దేశం ఎలా అభివృద్ధి జరుగుతుంది ? సమ సమాజాన్ని నిర్మించాలేనప్పుడు దేశాన్ని ఎలాగా నిర్మిస్తారు??

"చీకటి గా ఉంది అని చీకటిని తిట్టుకోకుండా ఒక్క దీపాన్ని వెలిగించామన్నారు" అలాగే మన నాయకులను తిట్టుకోకుండా ఈ దేశానికీ మనం ఏమి ఇస్తున్నాము అనేది ఆలోచిస్తే అప్పుడు తప్పకుండ ఈ దేశం అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది

విదేశి పెట్టుబడులు -భారత్ రిటైల్ మార్కెట్

'పాలకవర్గాలు తమ ప్రయోజనాలనే మొత్తం సమాజ ప్రయోజనాలుగాను , ఆదర్శవంతమైన రూపాలలో, విశ్వవ్యాప్త , హేతుభద్దమైన సిద్దంతాలుగాను, చెల్లుబాటు అయ్యే సిద్దంతలుగాను అమలు చేస్తాయని " కారల్ మార్క్స్ " హెచ్చరించాడు' ( 1845  ) 

ప్రస్తుతం మన అనుభవం కుడా ఇదే ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థ సరళీకరణ పేరుతొ విదేశి పెట్టుబడులు చిల్లర దుకాణాలలో కూడా ఆహ్వానించటం ఇది ఏ దేశ ప్రయోజనం కోసం , ఏ ప్రజల ప్రయోజనం కోసం. భారత దేశం వ్యవసాయ ఆదారిత మరియు గ్రామీణ నాగరికత మీద ఆదరిపడిన దేశం ఇలాంటి సమాజం లో లక్షల కుటుంబాలు చిల్లర దుకాణాల మీద ఆదారపడి జీవిస్తున్నాయి, అవే వారి జీవన ఆధారం . ఇప్పటికే పెద్ద పెద్ద నగరాలలో చైన్ మార్కెట్ పేరుతొ , మాల్స్ పేరుతొ మద్య తరగతి సూపర్ మార్కెట్ లను హరించి వేసాయి , రిటైల్ వ్యాపారస్తుల జీవితాలను రోడ్లు మీదకు తీసుకు వచ్చింది ఈ ప్రభుత్వాలు , మరల చిన్న చిన్న వ్యాపారాల లో కుడా పెట్టుబడుదారులు ప్రవేశిస్తే , భారత గ్రామీణ , నగరాల ఆర్దిక వ్యవస్థ విదేశి పెట్టుబడుదారుల మీద ఆదారపడి ఉంటుంది . అది ఎంత విద్వంసకరమో మనకు "ఈస్ట్ ఇండియా " కంపినీ తెలుసు , ప్రస్తుత స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ ల పరిస్తితి తెలుసు.

కేంద్రం లో కాని, రాష్ట్రము లో కాని ఏ భూర్జువ పార్టి అధికారం లో కి వచ్చిన సరళీకృత ఆర్ధిక విదానలే అమలు చేస్తున్నాయి వీటి పలితమే ఆశ్రిత పెట్టుబడి విదానం, అవినీతి, అధిక ధరలు తదితర సమస్యలన్నీ. దేశ ప్రయోజనాల ముసుగులో పాలక వర్గ సిద్దంతాలు, ప్రజల కనీస  అవసరాలను పెట్టుబడులుగా చేస్తూ , పెట్టుబడిదారుల అభివృద్దే మొత్తం దేశ ప్రజల అభివృద్దిగా చూపిస్తున్నారు. 

భారత దేశం లో అన్ని పార్టి లు , చివరకు కమ్యునిస్ట్ లు కూడా ఎన్నికల అనంతరం తమ విదానాన్ని మరచి ప్రభుత్వ ప్రజా వెతిరేక విదానాలను గుడ్డిగా మద్దతు ఇస్తున్నాయి. మన దేశం లో చిన్న తరహ , మద్య తరహా పారిశ్రామికరణ జరగకుండ ౩౦% విదేశి పెట్టుబడులను రిటైల్ రంగం లోకి ఆహ్వానించటం 'చైనా' లాంటి దేశాలకు ఉపయోగం తప్ప మన దేశనికి ఎలాంటి ప్రయోజనం లేదు. ప్రభుత్వం మన దేశ చిన్న ,మద్య తరహా వ్యాపారవేత్తల కాపాడటానికి బదులు , ప్రపంచం లోని మార్కెట్ లను కాపాడటానికే ఎక్కువ ఆసక్తిగా ఉన్నట్టుగా వుంది . ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పిన్నట్టు ఎన్ని తరహ ఆంక్షలు పెట్టిన మన గ్రామీణ ఆర్ధిక వ్యవస్థ కుప్పకూలటం ఖాయం. ఇప్పటికే అమెరికా 'చైనా' ఉత్పత్తులతో అతలాకుతలం అవుతుంది. 

No P V Narasimha Rao in 125 Congress History!

Hyderabad: Congress party has been contributing making of the India. We have many great leaders in Congress party. After India's Indipendence most of the time Congress party ruled the nation, and loyalties of Nehru - Gandhi family. After Rajiv Gandhi assasination Congress party in trouble, I dicribe India also in trouble. In 1991 genaral elections Congress won the majority of the Loksabha seats.In the Congress parlamentary party ( CPP) late Mr. Arjun singh paramosed P V Narasimha Rao as a leader of its CPP and late chief minister of Kerala K. Karunakaran supported to Mr. Arjun Singh's praposal. Then P V Narasimha Rao elected as Primister of India.

For the party leaders, between Sharad Pawar and Narasimha Rao the choice would inevitably have been the latter, in view of his lack of base within the party organisation, which they thought, could make him vulnerable to pressure. Pawar's overpowering personality, on the other hand, was not in tune with the Congress' ethos. It became clear to the Sharad Pawar camp that it enjoyed the support of not more than 10 per cent of the CPP members in the Lok Sabha and it decided to support Narasimha Rao.

Lack of majority in Loksabha LK Advani compared Narsimha Rao with Lal Bahudur Sastri,emphasising what he considered as their common traits, a non-Nehru family background and a clean image.Narasimha Rao complete his full term in office, opponents in party challening him, N D Tiwari, Arjun Singh quit party but , Narasimha Rao, by then, had matured as a modern Chanakya to keep intra-party dissidence within limits.

P V Narasimha Rao, made India as "Global India" with the support of then econamic minister Dr. Manmohan singh. He was reformer of Indian econamy. The reforms were adopted to avert impending internationaly.
The reforms progressed furthest in the areas of opening up to foreign investment,  reforming capital markets,    deregulating  domestic business, and reforming the trade regime. Rao's government's goals were reducing the  fiscal deficit privatization  of the public sector, and increasing investment in infrastructure. Trade reforms and changes in the regulation of foreign direct investment were introduced to open India to foreign trade while stabilizing external loans.

The loyalty of Nehru - Gandhi family perhaps Narsimha Rao's era was different. May be this is the reson Congress party made another departure even include a chapter  "The Congress and the making of the Indian nation" has Finance minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee as its chief editor. Realeased on the occastion of 125 years celebration.

Y S JAGAN Lakshya Dheeksha.

Former Congress MP from Kadapa, son of great leader late Dr. Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy chief minister of Andhra pradesh 48 hours "lakshya Deeksha" at abode of Sri. Kanka durgamma causes Congress party in dilama, created shock waves to party hycommand. In New Delhi party president Smt. Sonia Gandhi call state party MPs to discuss about Y S Jagan hunger strike and party situation in Andhra pradesh.

Large scale of formers and supporters of YS Jagan participated his 48 hour hunger strike. There are 23 MLAs and 1 MP participated yesterday’s fast. Today PRP MLA and party leaders from Rayalaseema region join with Y S jagan. Sonia Gandhi enquired about Mr. Jagan Lakshya Dheeksha, sources said she has fired on MP’s KK and VH. She was asked APCC president to give detail report about MLA participating and people response about YS Jagan hunger strike.

Former chief minister K. Rosaiah has supported Jagan Dheeksha. Speaking to newsmen for the first time after resigning from office, Mr Rosaiah said that after recently visiting areas affected by the heavy rains, Mr Jagan thought of a 48-hour protest to attract the attention of the government.

After Dr. YSR demise senior state congress party leaders has been giving wrong feed back to Sonia Gandhi and her political advisor Mr. Ahamad patel. Those who appose Dr. YSR may bring party hicommand into wrong track. Now state party will loose credibility and people’s heart. Local media reporting that there will more MLA’s and MP will join with Mr. Jagan and media stating that some MLA’s calling Mr. Jagan over phone and extended their supporters. Some are sending their relatives.

How ever in feature Congress Govt. in Andhra Pradesh may have doubt to complete its 5 year term.

Rosaiah met Moily to seek solution about YS Jagan

In New Delhi every camara men eyes on Andhra pradesh politics, Chief minister Rosaiah came after Kadapa MP YS Jagan channel brodcast a news item. And section of Telngana senior MP's and minister stage dharna about the controvarcy news item, seeking MP YS Jagan expel from the party.

YS JA"GUN" AIM ON CONGRESS PARTY ?

Expressing anger over telecasting remarks about AICC president Sonia Gandhi in Sakshi Tv of their current affairs program about 125 years Congress celebrations, party workers staged dharna at Shakshi TV channel and news paper offices, some part of Andra Pradesh.

Congress party men lead by youth congress state president Mr. Sudhakar Babu staged dharna and raised slogans against Sakshi channel and burnt copies of  sakshi news paper which is owned by Congress party MP from Kadapa, and son of late AP chief minister Dr. Y.S Rajasekhara Reddy.

Senior party men and MP s demanding Kadapa MP YS Jagan should apologize Smt. Sonia Gandhi. Minster Mr. D. Nagender, Komatareddy Venkata Reddy also protest and raised slogans at YSR statue.  Chirala , Cantonment MLA also stage dharna infront of Sakshi office.

However in this consequences AP congress party divided into two factions one is YS Jagan and another is dissidents of party, lead by C.M K. Rosaiah and telangana senior party leaders. But there is a strong conspiracy over there to send out YS Jagan. Chief minister Rosaiah to keep his post and to cover up his failures to run successful Govt he has been supporting against Dr. YSR and Jagan. Meanwhile telangana leaders has a political conspiracy to support Rosaiah as chief minister because their aim to separate Telangana region from AP. Here we must say that costal and rayalaseema region leaders almost all support YS Jagan, there was no much agitation on Sakhi Tv Channel news story. Section of people voluntarily supports Sakshi. We must say that Congress party divided into two factions, one is Telangana Congress, and another is Seema – Andra Congress.

Supporters of state congress party worried about Congress feature in Andhra Pradesh. And people questing its party leaders Smt. Sonia Gandhi about recent development, and after death of late chief minister Dr. YSR. Why Congress party neglecting AP. There is all section of people from AP protesting on various demands including employee unions. Chief Minister expressing his in ability and anger over problems and who is questing and demanding.  Media and opposition parties quoting that its a million dollar question the attitude of Congress party national leadership about Andhra Pradesh congress party.
